Shipping is free on all orders of $140 and over for Québec and Ontario, anywhere in Canada All other packages have a maximum fixed rate .
We ship with Canada Post and Purolator. Once on the road, you will be able to track your package thanks to the tracking number we will have sent you by email. It is your responsibility to verify the status of the shipment and the pick-up of the package in a postal establishment, if this is the case. If the package is reshipped to us because no one has claimed it, you will be charged a return shipping fee. Customs charges for international shipments are at your expense.
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday). The preparation time is a maximum of 7 days. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to advise you of this.
Products that are out of stock
We strive to always keep a lot of products in stock. Despite this, it is possible that a product may be out of stock while we are processing your order. In such a case, our customer service department will notify you.
Promotional codes cannot be cumulated.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us by email to obtain return instructions and this within 7 days of receiving your package, we will then provide you with an authorization # that you must write prominently on the return package. No returns will be accepted without our validation. We will only take back unworn, unwashed clothes with their labels in place. The customer is always responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of an error on our part (example: manufacturing defect, size error).
